Our in-house Nutritionists are certified members of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) and have varied, in-depth experience in nutrition with expertise gain by extensively consulting around the region.

Events & workshops

The Ketogenic Diet

This diet plan is recommended for all as it helps to keep one satiated without increasing intake, while encouraging the body to burn fat for energy. 

The Ketogenic Diet recommends that you consume less carbohydrates ( Less than 30g per day), moderate protein and healthy fat.  

Demonstrating how we can cut carbohydrates from our daily meals, our nutritionists made a Ketogenic Diet friendly dish – Cauliflower Fried “Rice”. Instead of the Asian carbohydrate staple of rice, it was substituted with cauliflower. Clients who tried the dish were pleasantly surprised at how similar the taste and texture of cauliflower was to actual rice. Lunch in a mason jar workshop

Planning out your meals to the office can help you lose weight or improve your overall eating habits and save money. At this workshop, our participants learned how to prepare in advance a perfectly balanced and delicious meal in a mason jar. Plus, they all got to bring home their lunch in a jar! This solution is cute, functional, and will help you keep your portions under control!

Healthy snacks workshop

This workshop provided two simple snacking recipes for our participants, packed with nutritional benefits yet easy to make. This healthy snacking idea is suitable for parties and snacking options at work.

Infused water workshop

Studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosts your metabolism among other water health benefits, and drinking infused water can be an easy way to increase your water intake. It has the advantage of being full of flavour, it also has no calories, making it a powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health. At this workshop, participants learnt the benefits of infused water (aka detox water), a few of the favourite recipes and brought home their own infused water!
